At SimiWhite, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders!


Order Processing Times

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. Once dispatched, your package is handed over to the shipping carrier and is officially in transit to your address.

During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days due to increased order volume.


Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on location. Below are the estimated delivery times after dispatch:

United states: 5-10 Business Days

Please note that unexpected delays may occur due to customs, courier issues, or peak holiday seasons, which can extend delivery times.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delays or order cancellations.

If our system detects an address issue, our support team will email you within 3 business days for verification. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice an address error, please email us at hello@simiwhite.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to make changes, we cannot guarantee modifications after this timeframe.


Delayed Delivery

We strive to ensure timely deliveries, but unexpected delays may occur due to:
✔ Courier disruptions (weather, transportation issues, etc.)
✔ Customs processing for international orders
✔ Payment or address verification issues

While we will keep you updated, SimiWhite is not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors outside of our control. If you experience a delay, we recommend contacting the courier directly for assistance.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped, it is the courier's responsibility to deliver it safely. If your package is lost or stolen:

1️⃣ Contact the courier directly to file a claim. Most shipping carriers have a process for lost or stolen packages.
2️⃣ Reach out to us at hello@simiwhite.com, and we will assist in following up with the courier.
3️⃣ If the package is not located, we may offer a replacement, depending on the situation.

SimiWhite is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and these fall outside our refund policy. However, we will do everything we can to help resolve the issue.
